We’re thrilled to announce that The Makers Hub has received a significant donation of tools and storage systems from CRAFTSMAN® to support the grand opening of the Compton Tool Library this Summer. The Compton Tool Library will offer community members affordable access to tools and equipment for a variety of projects, including home repairs, gardening, and DIY projects.
Meet the Hub Heroes: Karen Harris
Karen first got involved with The Makers Hub through her connection to Adrianne Ferree, our founder. Together, they have participated in numerous neighborhood revitalization and beautification projects throughout Sunny Cove and the surrounding area. From repairing fences to backyard cleanups, there is no project too small for Karen to donate her time.
